Animals in Danger is an international documentary series targeting children 8-to-12 years old.

Each episode is produced by a coproducer and makes the case for four different animals in a same country, each investigated and presented by a lively, curious child, fascinated by the animal and eager to know more.

The tension is built up by presenting three stories of increasingly endangered animals, plus one positive case in which human intervention has helped to improve the animal's chances of survival and reduce or avert its risk of extinction.

The 4 x 6'10" segments are delivered as one 26' national episode, but can also be broadcast separately and/or repackaged for reruns.

The first series covered seven countries as different as Poland, Italy, Israel, Turkey, Egypt, Greece and Denmark. Participation is open for a second series. Coproducers can also obtain the rights for the seven episodes that have already been produced.
