Animals in Danger is an international documentary series targeting children 8 to 12 years old. Each co-producer delivers a 26’ episode where the cases of four animals risking extinction are each investigated and presented by a child.

An episode includes therefore 4 x 6’10” segments on animals at risk in the same country: three on endangered species + one on a positive case, where human intervention contributed to improve the situation of the animal and to reduce or avert the risk of extinction.

Segments are delivered as a 26’ national episode, but can also be broadcast separately.

The first series covered seven countries as different as Poland, Italy, Israel, Turkey, Egypt, Greece and Denmark. Participation is open for a second series to be produced in 2010. Co-producers will also obtain the rights for the seven episodes already produced.
