In this small city, clinging to the roofs, the chimneys, the spires of Old Venice, a busy population of birds has built a tiny and secluded world, an oasis of happiness. Its carefree inhabitants are vivacious birds who are unaware of the existence of hatred, greed and crime. What is the underlying secret which accounts for such serenity?

The series recounts the modern and amusing adventures, sometimes fantastic, of the small population of Venice above ground, particularly of Marco, Gina and Duke Cirillo and his sister Ardelia, who industriously protect their freedom which is constantly being threatened by the ambitious designs of Yagor, the falcon and his occasional allies.
