The programme:
Every episode of Green Daily tackles a different environmental and ecological topic. For example, How can you save energy when boiling water in a saucepan? Answer: By putting a lid on it. But there are no actors and no sets. It’s all done with drawings and a commentary in the 52 episodes of Green Daily, with the talent of the Geneva artist Pierre Wazem accompanied by witty narration.

Live Shooting:
Each episode of Green Daily consists of two drawings (comic strip style) sketched live with an off-screen commentary that is both humorous and informative. The whole production is improvised and spontaneous. After an initial discussion, the artist is filmed sketching the drawing on a caption stand with off-screen commentary, giving the programme a fresh and spontaneous feel. Green Daily is a one-minute tip on how to save energy and recycle waste that combines humour, environmental education and information for the general public.
